What is Te-Kworo Foundation?

A community-based organization in Pader, northern Uganda, committed to provide services to war affected women and children.

What is the focus of the work?

Our focus is in girls education, maternal and child health and child protection.

In what communities does Te-Kworo Foundation work?
Te-Kworo works in Pader and Nyowa Districts and also supports girls in Lira and Kitgum.
Why help these communities?

These are communities that have been most devastated by the 20 year conflict in Northern Uganda, where the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA)  committed massive human rights violations such as rape, torture, abduction.

What are the sources of Te-Kworo Foundation funds?

Donations from foundations, international NGOs, and individuals.

How can I contribute to the work of Te-Kworo?
